Text Opt-In

Having trouble receiving your text alerts? This is most likely because you haven’t opted in to receive text alerts from us. You and your group members can opt-in by texting ALERT to 22300.


Member Opt-Out

To keep up with the legislation related to our service, we allow members to opt out of phone calls, emails, or text alerts easily. Unfortunately, sometimes people do this by mistake. If that happens to a member of your group, send an email to our support team at ocnsupport@onsolve.com and they will take care of it!

Email body: Can you please opt Betty back in? Her number is 937-123-4567.
