This past spring One Call Now was honored to award our Communities of Faith Grant to B’nai Adath Kol Beth Yisrael Synagogue of Brooklyn, New York.

The synagogue was looking for help in engaging their members after a fire destroyed their facility on November 14, 2017.

The congregation was committed to rebuilding after the fire, but communication became a major challenge.  For example, when you’ve lost your place of worship how do you keep the congregation engaged and informed? How do you communicate fundraising events, worship times, and volunteer opportunities when you no longer have a central meeting place?

Although they were eventually blessed with the use of nearby synagogue as they rebuilt, they continually needed a way to let everyone know where and when services would be held, along with updates on the rebuilding project.

Read the entire case study, to see how One Call Now was able to connect the B’nai Adath Kol Beth Yisrael Synagogue community so that they could lean on each other and plan for their future.
