One Call Now Import Wizard
Our Import Wizard is the fastest way to get started. The wizard walks you through a simple step-by-step process to upload a spreadsheet of contact information directly to our servers.

- Select Import Wizard from the Roster Management menu.
- Select your file and upload.

One Call Now SYNC
The One Call Now SYNC tool allows your system to automatically send file updates to the One Call Now servers so we can add, delete, or modify information that has been changed in your system roster. One Call Now offers a bi-directional web services Application Programming Interface (API) integration tool that enables direct communication between your personnel management system and our servers. With this tool citizen and/or employee contact information that’s stored on your network is synchronized with our servers.
