Dix is the founder and president of Business Development Index Limited, Inc., a Columbus--based organization that provides companies with board of directors representation and strategic planning capabilities. He is also the Co--Director of The Center for Operational Excellence at The Ohio State University and is a regular contributor to business publications. Dix brings a rich history of experience and board involvement to One Call Now.
