Business Emergency Alert Response: Automated Notification

How it Works Introduction

One Call Now’s Business Notification System is powerful enough to alert your entire organization, your customers and your suppliers. It is versatile enough to:

  • Notify specific groups (large or small)
  • Track detailed information
  • Supply real-time reports

You select the communication method -- voice, text, or email – usually based on the recipient and/or urgency of the message. When an emergency alert notification is prepared, you can choose to send it to everyone at once or in a sequence that you define.

Business notifications originate one of two ways:

  • Automatically initiated calls – triggered by parameters that you determine.

For example, whenever an invoice is over 30 days late, your customer receives an automated reminder of the past-due invoice.

Or if you manage properties, an automated message is sent to tenants a few days before the end of each month reminding them that their rent is due in a few days.

  • Initiated by sender – sent anytime, from phone, web-connected computer, or from our free iPhone App.

For example, a hospital needs additional nurses to fill a shift and sends out one call to its pool of nurses. The nurses who respond first fill the shift.

In another example, bad weather forces the cancellation of a manufacturing facility’s third shift. A message is sent to all affected employees notifying them of the change and providing instructions on what to do next.
