Under The Spotlight: Meet Shannon Bailey

What is your greatest accomplishment?
Some of us go through life without ever thinking about this momentous achievement. That is a question that Shannon Bailey, One Call Now’s Client Services Manager, answered without any hesitation. “My greatest personal accomplishment has been finishing my college education as an adult with a chronic illness and a family. I have almost completed my Bachelor’s degree and maintained a 4.0 GPA!,”

Bailey has been part of the One Call Now family for five years. Through family friends, she learned about the company and began her “fantastic journey,” as she would say.

Making sure clients are happy is Bailey’s number one concern. She works hard to “ensure our clients are engaged and enthusiastic about our service.” According to Bailey, every day is new and exciting due to constant contact with clients and reseller partners, where she learns more about them and their use of the One Call Now service. She has wild stories!

Her most memorable story is from a client located near Zanesville. The school system used One Call Now to send out a message to all students to prevent any encounters with the exotic animals that escaped from a zoo.

“Nearby schools had to be cancelled due to the risk of an encounter with one of these animals while waiting for the bus. I would have never thought school would be canceled due to wild animals!” says Bailey.

Living in Dayton all her life, Bailey dreams of traveling the world. From beach spots—such as Australia—to Alaska and to the romantic Paris.
